Zen Chi Ryu Kempsey is an Australian Based Freestyle Martial Arts, that caters for all ages and abilities. We are a fun, dynamic martial arts group who focuses on fitness, self defence and fun!!
We have classes that cater for everyone. So come along and join a modern and progressive martial arts school in the Kempsey area.
If you are not interested in the martila arts aspect we also offer fitness classes and soon to be yoga sessions!!
Our fees are low and we have family rates available also!!
We have just opened a brand new complex, in the centre of Kempsey. We are a fully matted out dojo, with lots of room and a gym area.
Our instructors are qualified coaches with many years experience.
